Daydream in the Philippines - A Travel Video
Video Description:
Visiting the Philippines has always been on the list of places I wanted to go, and since I was back in Asia during the whale shark season, I decided to take the opportunity and travel to the Philippines for 2 weeks. My plan was to spend the first week exploring the volcanic part of the Philippines and the last week on the islands.
I had my friend show me around Manila and its surroundings, getting to see the part of the city that the western media doesn't show. I went on hikes to Mt. Pinatubo lake and Lake Taal with my good friend April from Tripkada. We explored the most symmetrical volcano in the world, Mayon Volcano in Legazpi, and swam with whale sharks the right way in Donsol (not as disruptive as in Oslob). I also rode a motorbike around Bohol and went on a boat cruise around the beautiful Palawan.
This is my first travel video since I switched to Sony a6500 from Sony RX100! I tried many new techniques here, so let me know if you like them. The video is much slower, with fewer head-spinning transitions than my previous travel videos, due to me getting used to the new setup, but I hope this creates a unique spin on my film! Let me know what you think about the video!
