These are some of my favourite bloggers and some of the most talented content creators out there!
Thanks for taking the time to recognise them, Pete. They really don't get enough recognition.

Hey Nicole!
Thank you for the comments! Totally! They are really among the best in the industry right now. This year, I personally make it my goal to feature more Asian travelers on BucketListly Blog to help inform, and inspire the global travel community, and plenty more coming so stay tuned. :)
Great article and list! I totally get the whole feeling of having to try so much harder than Westerners when travelling solo (which is quite often), although sometimes in Asia it's a great talking point since we are much lower in numbers.
I was searching for inspiration for my own blogs and YouTube vlogs and most lists of 'Asian travel bloggers/influences' come up with mostly white people who are travelling fulltime and have covered Asia. The end result is that they are shaping the narrative and how various places in Asia are portrayed online and especially on social media.
I'm pushing myself as much as possible to go to truly off the beaten path places, or at least do the popular places differently and give my own perspective of them (if nothing else, that's just much more satisfying for me not to be posting yet one more photo of Nusa Penida. Don't know if that comes across, but I'm trying!

Hey Matthew,
Exactly. As Asians traveling solo, due to the low number, we are often easy to spot and makes quite a fun talking point like you mentioned. :) That's awesome for you man and for all Asians traveling the world at their own terms. It's refreshing to see the world from different Asian perspective which could vary from area to area. :)
I'm glad you find inspiration from this article. All the bloggers I mentioned here are definitely at the top of their games so there's something we can all learn from. :)
I concur with your opinion. It is very rare to see Asian travel blogs being listed or promoted despite Asians too do a lot of travelling. I love your list and from all the bloggers, I personally know Juno! We went to a media trip together back in 2013 to Kuching, Malaysia. Your list will surely inspire all Asian travel bloggers to do better in terms of travelling and writing.
Anyway, it would be an honour if you can consider my blog too. I am a Malaysian travel blogger who write at kakijalans.com. Hopefully, I will make it into your list someday!

Thank you for the comment Khai!
That's the point of the list! I'll definitely consider yours when I do another round of this type of post! :)
Thank you so much, Pete, for the mention. I feel very grateful for my travel blog - Lydiascapes being listed amongst so many inspiring and talented Asian Travel Bloggers. <3 Sending a lot of love from Cambodia.
